Deliah and Dierdre

The little girls are officially old enough for pre-adoption! They will be having their surgeries in the next week or so and are ready to find a forever family!

They are both super cuddly and extremely curious!

They like to take turns climbing on me; little Deliah is currently napping on the nape of my neck!

They play and romp all day and are endlessly entertaining. We constantly find ourselves laughing hysterically at their antics!

Check out the AustinPetsAlive! Website for their adoption details!

Deliah and Dierdre checking in!

I've decided that Dierdre's nickname is little miss crazy fur!

The little gals are still quite petite for their age, weighing in at 357g and 373g. These sweet babies will be such perfect little kitties for any family!

Update post: Deliah and Deirdre

The little girls are eating completely on their own now! Deliah still likes to step in her food and swim across the plate but Deirdre has passed her in weight. They are at 308g and 327g respectively.

They LOVE the Royal Canin Kitten kibble and take turns burying their faces in the bowl of it.

Even though they are eating on their own I still do weigh-ins 5 times a day. This will continue until they are no longer in foster. With such small babies it's extremely important to monitor and make sure weight gain stays constant. Any little change in their digestive bacteria, food, or surroundings can cause an upset in their growth and get them sick.

Deliah and Deirdre

Apparently I disturbed the princesses with my picture taking. Look at that fierce mew in the second picture!
